Short version: you're buying five text messages, one payment, no subscription. It's coaching, not medical care. Read the health section — that one actually matters.
The 3-Minute Switch is run by Too Many Hats, LLC, a California limited liability company, reachable at doug@dougie.love. In these terms, "I" and "me" means Too Many Hats, LLC, and "you" means you. Buying means you agree to what's on this page.
You need to be 18 or older to buy.
Five daily coaching text messages, one a day for five days. Each one asks for about three minutes. There's a short scorecard at the start and again at the end, and an offer of a conversation afterward.
One payment, up front. The price is whatever is shown on the checkout page when you buy — that's the whole cost, and there's nothing else to pay.
Nothing rebills. Nothing auto-renews. This is not a trial that turns into anything. You are charged once and never again unless you deliberately buy something else later.
By purchasing you're opting in to receive five daily coaching texts from Doug at the number you give at checkout. Reply STOP at any time and they stop — no follow-up, no hard feelings. Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier's plan.
Your number is used for this program and nothing else. See the privacy page for the detail.
The 3-Minute Switch is a wellness and coaching program. It is not medical care, not mental-health treatment, and not therapy.
I'm not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, dietitian, or any kind of licensed medical provider. Nothing I send you is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or medical advice, and none of it replaces care from a qualified professional. Don't start, stop, or change any treatment or medication because of something in one of these texts.
Talk to your doctor before you start if you have, or think you might have, a heart or lung condition, high or low blood pressure, a history of fainting, seizures, panic attacks or a psychiatric condition, an injury, or if you're pregnant.
The program includes breathing exercises and light movement. Breathwork can make people dizzy or lightheaded — never do it while driving, in or near water, or anywhere a fall would hurt. Stop immediately if anything feels wrong, and don't push through it.
If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, this is not the right help. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or 911 in an emergency.
You take part voluntarily, and you're responsible for deciding what's safe for your own body.
I don't promise any particular outcome — not a score change, not more energy, not anything else. What other people got is what they got. You get out of it roughly what you put into it, and even then, people differ.
Email me and I'll refund you. No questions asked, no form to fill in, no reason required. I'd rather give your money back than argue about it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the total liability of Too Many Hats, LLC for anything connected to this program is capped at the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Some states don't allow limits like this; where that's the case, this applies as far as it legally can and no further.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If I change these terms, the new version goes up here with a new date. Changes don't apply backwards to a program you've already bought.
Email doug@dougie.love. I answer these myself.
